Our project

Our Story

We are interior designers, we manage a studio called Les Agenceurs in Strasbourg that creates everyday places of life like bars, restaurants or hotels.

In March 2017, during a trip to Puglia, we fell in love with this magnificent region. We enjoyed the meetings we had there and enjoyed this magnificent countryside drawn by dry stone walls, dotted with splendid Trulli.
Sleeping for the first time in a traditional trullo was an unforgettable experience. And let's face it, the climate, the gastronomy and the good wines have largely contributed to the feeling of being out of time and so privileged.
It seemed obvious to us that settling in Martina Franca, a very pretty Baroque town in the heart of the Itria valley, allowed us to shine easily and to visit one by one the typical villages of Ostuni, Cisternino, Locorotondo and Alberobello, day or evening during the passeggiata.
Visits after visits, we started to contemplate the region. Going east, the endless fields of centuries-old olive trees sculpted by the wind, the Adriatic, the coves and the city of Monopoli. Going west, the vineyards, the sandy beaches, the emerald-colored Ionian Sea and the town of Gallipoli.
In December 2018, we unearthed our trullo with the capacity to accommodate around eight people as we wished. We then noticed that one of these cone roofs was covered with lime on its half, like an italian ice-cream. The name of the Trullo was found: "Panna Fragola".
We have undertaken to renovate and develop it, as we like to do with the places we design, to share it with friends or family.
We are looking forward to sharing this experience with our guests.

6 month of works....

When we saw the TRULLO PANNA FRAGOLA for the first time, we were seduced by its location, size and beautiful park.
We immediately realized its potential and the possibility of creating a place of incredible charm as comfortable in summer as in winter.
We undertook a complete restructuring to create 4 mini-suites, each with a bathroom and independent toilets, a large living room in an old veranda and a comfortable and equipped kitchen.
For this project we have worked with quality and local companies to take advantage of their know-how and their perfect knowledge of these constructions.
We also made sure to use traditional natural materials from the area.
Finally, we took special care of energy savings by installing toilets powered by stormwater, an ecological sanitation system, a solar water heater and insulated all the soil.
These few months of work were rich in teaching, wonderful encounters with great craftsmen and invested in the project
